The entertainment island — F1 circuit, Ferrari World, Yas Marina and the theme-park strip. This is a fully private experience in Abu Dhabi: your own vehicle, your own driver-guide, and an itinerary that flexes on the day.
One price covers the whole vehicle for up to 6 guests — bring the family and the price does not move. Allow about 5 hours. Hotel pickup and drop-off are included.
The city rewards a private pace: photo stops the coaches skip, cafés your driver actually rates, and the freedom to linger where the group tours look at their watches. The itinerary is a spine, not a cage.
Practicalities, handled: your driver's WhatsApp arrives the evening before with the exact pickup time; the vehicle carries chilled water and chargers; timings flex on the day if a flight, a nap or a whim demands it. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before travel, and you can pay on the day.

Your day, stop by stop
09:30 · Pickup and over the bridge
Your driver-guide collects you in the Kia Carnival and heads for the island, with the origin story on the way: a flat sandy island turned into one of the world's densest entertainment districts in barely a decade. It is a preposterous story, and your guide tells it properly.
10:00 · Yas Marina Circuit
First, the Formula 1 venue — the grandstands, the marina straight, and the hotel that famously straddles the track. On non-event days the views are excellent and the place has an off-duty calm. Track experiences run on scheduled days through the circuit; we can check the calendar for your dates.
10:45 · The theme-park strip
You drive the strip that holds Ferrari World's red roofline, Warner Bros. World, Yas Waterworld and SeaWorld — the context, the exteriors, and honest advice on which park suits which family. Park admission is separate from this tour. Think of this as the reconnaissance mission.
11:45 · Yas Marina
The marina boardwalk is the island's best walk — superyachts, café terraces and the circuit's architecture across the water. Time for a coffee or an early lunch; several venues here are licensed if you fancy something colder. Your guide knows which terrace has the view.
12:45 · Your pick — mall, beach or gate
The last hour is yours to direct: Yas Mall for retail and air conditioning, Yas Beach for sand, or — if you are holding park tickets — we simply end the tour at your park's gate at opening pace. Private touring means the itinerary works for you, not the other way round.
13:45 · Return
Back over the bridge and to your hotel by around 14:30, unless we have left you mid-rollercoaster by request. Five hours, the whole island decoded.
Insider tips
- Go midweek and early. The island at 10am on a Tuesday and 4pm on a Saturday are two different places, and the first one photographs better.
- The classic shot of the hotel straddling the track is from the marina boardwalk, not from the road. Your guide knows the exact spot.
- If a theme park is the real goal, use this tour to choose, then give the winner its own full day — a half-day park visit satisfies nobody.
- In November, come early in the month. Race-week infrastructure starts going up weeks ahead and progressively swallows the circuit views.
- Licensed venues cluster at the marina; the mall side is family-casual. Decide which lunch you want before 12:30 and tell your guide.
Questions, answered
Are theme-park tickets included?
No — this is a guided tour of the island itself, and park admission is always separate. It works well as a first-day recce before you commit a full day and ticket money to one park. If you already hold tickets, we can end the tour at your park's gate.
Can we drive on the F1 track?
Not as part of this tour — driving and track experiences run on scheduled days through the circuit's own programme, and availability varies. We are happy to check what is running on your dates. On this tour you see the circuit, the grandstands and the marina straight from the visitor side.
Which day of the week is best?
Weekday mornings are the quiet, easy version — light traffic, empty boardwalk, good photographs. Weekends bring families and buzz, which some guests prefer. Avoid assuming anything in late November: Formula 1 race week transforms the island entirely.
What happens during F1 season?
In the build-up to the Grand Prix, access around the circuit tightens progressively and some areas close to visitors. The island is still very much worth seeing — the energy is part of the spectacle — but the routing changes. Tell us your dates and we will be straight with you about what is visible.
Is this a good tour with young children?
Yes, with one caveat: driving past four theme parks without entering any of them requires expectation management. The marina, the beach option and the sheer scale of everything land well with kids. Child seats are fitted on request, and the pace is entirely yours.
Where can we eat and drink on the island?
The marina has the best of it — waterfront terraces, several of them licensed to serve alcohol. Yas Mall covers the family-casual end comprehensively. Your guide will match a venue to your mood and budget without any commission-driven steering.
What happens after you book
You get a confirmation straight away, with the reference and everything included in writing.
The evening before, your driver messages you on WhatsApp with the exact pickup time and their name.
On the day they are early, the water is cold, and the plan bends to you. Pay then, or in advance — your call.
