Most luxury packages are a hotel with some tours stapled on. The Private Collection is built the other way around: one coordinator designs your six days end to end, one chauffeur drives all of them in a Rolls-Royce Cullinan, and one price covers everything a guest can see, enter or taste along the way.

It begins with the address. Atlantis The Royal if you want the spectacle; Bulgari if you want the quietest island in the city; Armani if you want to sleep inside the Burj Khalifa itself. We hold the booking until you have chosen — the price does not change.

Then the days: Dubai from the SKY lounge of the Burj, the old city by abra, the full Abu Dhabi day — Grand Mosque, Qasr Al Watan, the Louvre — a private desert evening with falconry and dinner under the stars, and a final day that is either Yas Island's parks or a private cruise along the Palm. Scroll down for the hour-by-hour timeline.

Every entrance is pre-ticketed, every table pre-booked, every transfer already waiting. You will not queue, plan or pay for anything on the ground. That is the entire point.

Multi-day trips live or die on sequencing: which day to spend in the desert, when to see the mosque, where the rest day belongs. That ordering is the craft we sell.

Practicalities, handled: your driver's WhatsApp arrives the evening before with the exact pickup time; the vehicle carries chilled water and chargers; timings flex on the day if a flight, a nap or a whim demands it. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before travel, and you can pay on the day.

Insider tips

  • Front-load the icons. Put the big-ticket sights in the first three days so the end of the trip stays loose for the things you discover you love.
  • Ask for the Abu Dhabi day midweek. The Grand Mosque is noticeably calmer than at weekends, and the late-afternoon light on the white marble is the best of the day.
  • Use the Cullinan at night at least once. Dubai after dark from the back seat, fountains to marina, is worth surrendering an evening for.
  • Decide your hotel by appetite, not photographs. The Royal for restaurants and spectacle, Bulgari for privacy, Armani for waking up inside the skyline.
  • Tell your coordinator one thing you always do on holiday — run, swim at dawn, proper coffee. The good ones build the whole trip around it, and ours are the good ones.

Questions, answered

How do I choose between the three hotels?

Pick by what you want outside your room. Atlantis The Royal is the spectacle: pools, restaurants and scale on the Palm. Bulgari is the quiet one, a low-rise resort on its own island with a private-club feel, and Armani puts you inside Burj Khalifa itself, steps from the fountains. Your coordinator will talk it through before you decide.

Is the Rolls-Royce really ours for the whole trip?

Yes. The Cullinan and your chauffeur are dedicated to you for all five nights, not shared and not swapped out between days. Evenings and late returns are part of the arrangement; agree the next day's shape with your coordinator and the car works around it.

What does "every ticket included" actually cover?

Every entry on the itinerary we agree with you is booked and paid before you arrive — attractions, observation decks, museum entries and the dinners we schedule. Personal shopping, spa treatments and spontaneous extras are yours, though your coordinator can arrange them mid-trip. There is no envelope of vouchers; everything simply works when you show up.

Can we change the plan once we are there?

Yes, and people do. One coordinator holds the whole trip, so a message is enough to move a dinner, add a morning at the Louvre or delete an afternoon entirely. Same-day changes depend on availability, which is the only honest caveat.

Does this work with children?

Very well. Car seats are arranged in advance, the pacing is built around your family rather than a brochure, and all three hotels cater properly for children, each in its own style. Tell us ages at booking and the itinerary is shaped accordingly.

What should we pack for the Abu Dhabi day?

One modest outfit: shoulders and knees covered for the Grand Mosque, with loose, light fabrics the comfortable choice. Abayas can be borrowed at the mosque if needed, and non-Muslim visitors are welcome outside prayer times. The rest of the trip has no dress rules beyond restaurant smart-casual in the evenings.

What happens after you book

  1. You get a confirmation straight away, with the reference and everything included in writing.

  2. The evening before, your driver messages you on WhatsApp with the exact pickup time and their name.

  3. On the day they are early, the water is cold, and the plan bends to you. Pay then, or in advance — your call.

Atlantis The Royal

The spectacle — Dubai's most talked-about opening in a decade

Opened in 2023 as the most anticipated hotel launch in the world, Atlantis The Royal is what happens when Dubai decides to out-Dubai itself: a sculptural stack of sky-boxes on the crest of the Palm, filled with water in every direction — sky pools cantilevered off the tower, a beach on both sides, and fountains that perform to fire.

This is the address for guests who want the trip to feel like an event. Nothing about it is quiet, and that is precisely the point.

Jumeirah Bay Island

Bulgari Resort Dubai

The hideaway — a private island the city keeps for itself

The Bulgari sits on Jumeirah Bay, a seahorse-shaped private island stitched to the mainland by a single bridge — close enough that Downtown glitters across the water, far enough that you hear the marina rather than the traffic. Designed end to end by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, it is Italian craft at Gulf scale: travertine, teak, and a village of just a hundred-odd rooms and villas.

This is the address for guests who want the best thing money buys in Dubai: privacy. It is the smallest, quietest and most discreet of the three — the one repeat visitors choose.

Signature moments

  • Aperitivo at the Yacht Club as the skyline lights up
  • The spa's indoor pool — the most beautiful room in Dubai
  • Dinner at Il Ristorante Niko Romito
  • A villa garden breakfast without another guest in sight

  • · Smallest inventory of the three: confirm early for peak dates
  • · Beach club day beds book out in winter; your coordinator reserves ahead
  • · Bulgari's nightly rates run well above the other two addresses — choosing it carries a supplement from +AED 2,400 per person on the package, confirmed before payment

Burj Khalifa, Downtown

Armani Hotel Dubai

The icon — sleep inside the tallest building on Earth

There is exactly one hotel inside the Burj Khalifa, and Giorgio Armani designed it personally — every chair, every fabric, every line of it. The Armani occupies the tower's lower and mid floors: below you, the Dubai Fountain performs on the hour; above you, half a kilometre of building; outside the lift, Dubai Mall without stepping into the heat.

This is the address for guests who want the centre of gravity: Downtown at the door, the fountain show from dinner, and the particular pleasure of telling people where you slept.

Day 1 — Arrival, the quiet way

Your chauffeur meets you airside of the crowds — name board, cold towels, Arabic coffee in the Cullinan. Private check-in at your chosen address; luggage handled, dinner reserved before you reach the room. Evening at leisure — the fountain show from Armani, the Royal's beach at dusk, or Bulgari's marina at golden hour.

Louvre Abu Dhabi under Jean Nouvel's rain-of-light dome; late lunch on Saadiyat's white sand. Home via Emirates Palace for gold-leaf cappuccino — because it exists and you are here.

Day 4 — The desert, privately

A slow morning — spa, pools, or nothing at all. The car waits; it never hurries you. Late-afternoon private desert drive into the dunes. The Cullinan stays on the tarmac where it belongs; a permitted desert operator's 4x4 takes over at the sand's edge, with your chauffeur waiting for the run home. Falconry display and camel encounter at a private camp, run by our permitted desert partner under their own licences — no coach parties, no queue for dinner. Dining under the stars: a bedouin-style spread cooked at the camp, the city an hour and a world away.
